1. Will the location take Switch for deposit?

Car Rental - Answers


1. Most locations will not take Switch however there is the odd exception, please contact the call centre to confirm.

2 + 3. This varies from location to location, please contact the call centre to confirm.

4. If the vehicle is being collected within the UK and it is within normal office hours, there will be a charge to pay for this upon arrival.

5. In some cases this is possible, please contact the call centre for further information.

6. Your confirmation number always begins with the letter CN followed by 6 numbers.

7. Yes, up until 4 hours before arrival.

8. Yes, provided the vehicle you require is available at the time of the requested change. This can be done by calling the call centre.

9. To cancel a booking you will need to fax us on 01582 736 728 or e-mail us on bookings@travelextras.com.

10. Most prices are fully inclusive, however in some cases there may be an additional charge upon arrival, please contact the call centre to confirm.

11. Yes, as long as we have your correct flight number, the car rental desk will monitor any delayed flights. The only location where this will not be the case is Nice Airport.

12. The insurance includes CDW and Theft Waiver, however there is an excess which applies to each insurance. To lower the waiver on the CDW, why not take our additional insurance?

13. Yes, up to 4 hours before arrival.

14. In some cases this is possible with a supplement payable at the time of collection of the vehicle. Please contact our call centre for further information.
