1) Select a country

2) Choose an area and enter your details

3) Properties returned are all available

4) Select your property after checking details such as fuel included, bed linen included etc and viewing interior shots

5) Send us your booking e-mail or call our reservations team

6) A booking reference will be returned to you with the message to call us and confirm details

7) Once we have ensured that the property is the right one for you ie pet friendly, close to the beach etc we will take payment

8) Your booking confirmation will be sent out with directions to the property and the owners contact details

9) A week or so before your holiday call the owner direct and arrange convenient key pick up arrangements

10) We will have sent out detailed directions to the property to make your journey easier

11) All that is required now is a full tank of petrol to get you to your cottage where you will be greeted by the owner

12) You will then be left to enjoy the freedom of your cottage for the rest of your holiday knowing that help is on hand if you should need it
