With the Departement of Orne, Normandy has a area for nature lovers. The rocky Swiss Normandy in the north, the Parc Naturel Regional Normandy et Maine in the south and in the middle the Perche. This area with its trees, hedges, meadows and lakes also has mature woodland and is the ideal land for horses which are bred here.
